Is there a basic set of rules for riding Critical Mass? There should be some instruction given out to the cyclist. There seems to be a lack of leadership at CM rides in DC. Other cities assign road crossing guards and work with police prior and during the event.

For Example Some Rules Should Be:

- When encricling cars, cyclists should never touch the vehicle at any time. Protests by cyclists should be demonstrated by noise makers, clapping, laughter, etc…

- Cyclists should always stay in the legal traffic lanes in the direction of travel. Cyclists should not drift into on-coming traffic.
